This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use these routes for common Rush County requests:
- A docket sheet: run a case lookup through Kansas CaseSearch, or request the register from the district clerk
- A court date or setting: check the court dates, then confirm the setting with the court
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: use the case lookup by party name, business name, citation, or case number
- Court records and case files: review the court record search routes or contact the district clerk
The official judicial-record contact is Erin Werth, Clerk of the District Court, at Rush County District Court, 715 Elm Street, La Crosse, KS 67548. Call 785-222-2718, email Erin.Werth@kscourts.gov, or mail P.O. Box 387, La Crosse, KS 67548. The court page does not state counter hours or copy fees, so confirm both before visiting or sending payment. The Rush County Clerk and Election Officer is a separate county-administration office and does not keep the district court docket.
